The fact is that the Canadian government has handed out billions of dollars each year to fund and finance small business startups, expanding businesses and to create jobs from small businesses in the Canadian economy.

Why Do People Think Government Funding Isn’t Real?
So why do people think that government grants, loans and funding programs aren’t real?
We asked a bunch of people and here are the results:
These poll results have been conducted over a period of 30 days (asking non-believers of government funding programs why they think it doesn’t exist). We conducted the survey and received 675 responses from existing and new small business owners. Please note the percentage numbers have been rounded up to the nearest 10th.
As you can see, the top response as to why people don’t believe in government funding is because they have never seen them.

So lets show you some funding programs.

Lets start with the Canadian Government website.
The Canadian government shows you funding programs for various industries and various funding needs.

There are currently [total-grant-programs] grant programs, [total-loan-programs] loan programs and [total-other-funding] business assistance programs offered by the Canadian government. But note one thing; not all programs are offered just by the Canadian government, but are offered through various government agencies. This is the main reason why you rarely see programs all in one place.
3rd
